Recipe:
- 25 ml Explorer’s Gin or Great Bustard Gin
- 20 ml fresh apple juice
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- Light tonic water
- Ice
Method:
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in the gin, apple juice, and lemon juice.
- Top with light tonic.
- Stir once to integrate.
- Add an apple slice and a sprig of rosemary to garnish.
