Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMES AND CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated and applied at checkout.

UK DELIVERY

  • Mainland UK: 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
  • Non-mainland UK: 4 to 8 working days from dispatch.
  • Orders containing one or two bottles are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your delivery through Sir Walter, our AI assistant.
  • Orders containing three or more bottles are normally sent via FedEx using a signed and tracked service. FedEx will send tracking updates directly to you.

EU DELIVERY

  • We ship to selected EU countries.
  • International shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order.
  • VAT and Customs charges are the responsibility of the consignee (customer).

UNITED STATES

  • We do not currently ship to the United States.
  • We cannot accept orders placed using a US delivery address.
  • This is due to US Customs and FDA.
