Glass is now becoming very costly and we are keen to reuse as much as possible. If you no longer want your glass bottles and they are not damaged, please send them to 'Free Post Downton Distillery.'

Also add your address at the bottom of the label. Take the item to your post office and they will do the rest. Easy

All alcohol requires an adult signature upon delivery.

• If you buy online, place the 'Freepost Label' onto the delivery box and send both back to us.
• If you have purchased at a shop or event, place the refill pouch into the nearest post box as it has a 'Freepost label' on the back.

• Take pictures of the damaged goods.
• Send to info@downtondistillery.com with the order number.
• We will contact you within 24hrs.

• If you have used the wrong shipping address, please let us know ASAP by contacting info@downtondistillery.com.
• We will then update the shipping address, so long as the goods have not been dispatched.
• If you have received notification that the goods have been posted prior to emailing us, then we are unable to change the shipping address.

• Due to Brexit, shipping into the EU is no longer that simple, due to taxes and paperwork.
• It can be done, but it is costly and taxes that you will have to pay make it prohibitive.

Their are a combination of factors, including ingredient costs, weather patterns - this year we have lost our winter grains, production methods, taxes (36.5% of the cost), packaging, demand trends, and currency fluctuations, all contribute to the rising prices.

We have noticed that any e-mails to Yahoo Accounts / Domains are being returned to us stating that our messages are 'undeliverable.'
