This cocktail featured on Sunday Brunch in June 2024, introduced by Olivier Ward. It captures the flavours that define the Wiltshire countryside, fresh and bright.
There is no verified single creator. It emerged as a modern serve and built its reputation through bars and home cocktails, gaining popularity for its clean, refreshing profile.
It brings together gin, elderflower liqueur, apple juice, and lime juice. Many bartenders add cucumber or mint for extra lift. The result tastes crisp, fragrant, and elegant.
How to Order
- These are made to order, and not held in stock.
- Select the date that you wish your cocktails to be made.
- They will be made that date and shipped that day in our refill pouches.
- Please use within 7 days of receiving.
- Send your pouch back to us, using our free-post service.
Servings
- All pouches hold 700ml.
- This can be served as 10 x 70ml servings or 7 x 100ml servings.
How to Use
- On receiving, refrigerate and enjoy within 7 days.
- Shake the pouch before use.
- Either pour into a shaker with ice or straight into your glass with ice.
- When ice is added to the cocktail, accounting for ice dilution the cocktail will increase between 20% to 40% resulting in a serve around 150ml.
- Garnish as suggested.
