The Fireside Negroni is a warming, autumnal twist that bridges the worlds of the classic Italian cocktail and the comforting hot toddy — a versatile serve that can be enjoyed two ways: chilled over ice for sophistication, or served warm for a soothing, aromatic fireside experience.
Re-imagined with British character and seasonal comfort in mind. It combines the bold juniper of Great Bustard Flight Strength Gin with Campari, sweet vermouth, Earl Grey tea, and a touch of maple syrup. Where the original Negroni is sharp, bitter and assertive, the Fireside version is smoother and more aromatic, its bergamot notes and maple sweetness softening the bitterness while adding depth and complexity.
The result is a drink that feels refined yet rustic rich, bittersweet, and gently spiced.
Best served over a single block of ice with an orange twist or charred rosemary, it’s the perfect companion for cold nights, glowing embers, and good conversation.
