The summer invokes memories of picnics, picking strawberries and the herbs growing in the garden. Basil works very well in cocktails as shown in the basil smash, so we thought we would add an extra ingredient to celebrate summer, the mighty strawberry.
We recommend using locally sourced strawberries that carry flavour, as these flavours will shine through.

- 25ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup or teaspoon of Caster Sugar
- 3 Strawberries (cut up)
