Our Chardonnay Vodka won a double gold at this years World Vodka Awards. With sustainability in mind, everything has been recycled. The Chardonnay grapes grow organically on the Domaine Hugo vineyard next to the distillery. Once harvested and pressed, we quickly barrel them for the winter before distilling them in the early spring. Once distilled all the pomace is returned to compost, before being chipped up and used within the vineyards.
The bottles use 100% recycled glass, cork and labels. Refills will be availble later this year. We think it is fantastic in a Vesper Martini or drunk neat.
