Spiced Lady | Sour Style | Gin Cocktail

The Spiced Lady is a vibrant twist on the classic sour cocktail. It balances citrus, spirit, and sweetness while adding a lively layer of warmth and spice. Sour cocktails have remained popular for generations. Their appeal comes from their versatility and refreshing character.

The balance between citrus and sweetness can be adjusted easily. This allows the drink to suit a wide range of palates. What makes the Spiced Lady different is the addition of fresh chilli. The chilli contributes far more than simple heat. It adds complexity, depth, and a gentle warmth that builds gradually. Each sip reveals a little more character.

The cocktail opens with bright citrus notes and refreshing freshness. A lingering spicy finish follows and remains pleasantly on the palate. The level of heat is entirely under your control. A shorter shake creates subtle warmth and gentle spice.

A longer shake extracts more flavour from the chilli. This increases both the intensity and complexity of the drink. That flexibility allows you to tailor the cocktail to your own preference. Every serve can be slightly different.

Refreshing, bold, and full of personality, the Spiced Lady is an ideal summer cocktail. It combines citrus freshness with warming spice to create a memorable and elegant drink.
