Downton Distillery has been honoured with an International Green Apple Environment Award, celebrating its commitment to environmental best practices on a global scale.
Competing against over 1,200 nominees in the International Green Apple Environment Awards, their Eco-friendly program stood out and earned recognition. The distillery will receive its trophy and certificate at a prestigious ceremony held at Kensington Palace, London, on November 18.
Following this achievement, Downton Distillery has been invited to accept Green World Ambassador status. Their winning project will also be published in *The Green Book*, an international reference guide on environmental best practices, allowing others around the world to learn from their success.
Additionally, they will have the opportunity to represent their country in the Green World Environment Awards, which take place in a different location each year. The next event will be held in New Zealand.
